Who can have a stand at the CAMPUS FESTIVAL?
Basically anyone!
However, we favour student initiatives / cultural groups of the University of Bonn as well as voluntary associations. However, if you have a small shop and would like to offer your products, this is also possible!

How should I organise the content of my stand?
We don't want to set any guidelines here. Your offer should definitely include an active component so that visitors can "join in and touch things".
Experience has shown that simply displaying information material does not generate much interest.
So ask yourself: What makes our organisation special? How can we present the work of our organisation? What can visitors do themselves and possibly even take away that has to do with our organisation? Can we offer games or a workshop?
We would be happy to help you organise your stand. Just send us a message!
What equipment is provided by the CAMPUS FESTIVAL? What do I have to bring myself?
We will provide you with a beer tent set with a table and a bench.
If necessary, we will also provide you with a power connection to your stand.
You should bring the following things with you:
- Everything you want to display / use.
- A multiple socket / cable reel if you want to operate more than one device.
- Ideally a tent or parasol
When do we have to be on site?
The CAMPUS FESTIVAL takes place on 13.07.2024 and starts around 17:00.
Ideally, you should be on site from 17:00, by which time you must also have finished setting up.
How long you stay depends on you. But of course we would be happy if you could stay as long as possible.
The CAMPUS FESTIVAL ends at midnight!
When does assembly begin, when does dismantling begin?
Set-up begins on Saturday morning before the start of the festival.
Dismantling can be done after the festival (Sunday night) or when you dismantle your stand.
Please note that the festival site cannot be accessed by car during the event!
Is there a car park?
We will endeavour to find parking spaces for our exhibitors. If we are unsuccessful here, you can park your car in the car parks on Nussallee or Campus Poppelsdorf - but you will have to pay a fee.
