Save the date - Crew Pre-Meeting
We’d love to get to know you before the festival! That’s why we’re inviting you to our pre-festival crew meeting.
At the meeting, you’ll not only meet new people, but also get all the important details about your shift!
Afterward, we’ll head over to Poppelsdorf Castle together and wrap up the evening with drinks and snacks.
The crew pre-meeting will take place on Monday, June 15, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. on the Poppelsdorf campus.
Two weeks prior you will recieve an Email with more information from us.

Collecting crew members
We have sent you a confirmation of your crew registration. You are now confirmed - even if we don't contact you directly yet. We will first collect all crew registrations before we get in touch with you.
Shift plan is created
We will draw up an initial shift plan and get in touch with you two weeks before the CAMPUS Garden.
Crew pre-meeting
To ensure that you are well prepared for your shift, a crew meeting will take place before the festival. Here you will get to know us and the crew and will be familiarised with your tasks. We will inform you promptly about the exact date!
