The NatFak Winter Ball is a student-organised dance ball in the CAMPO Mensa in Poppelsdorf on 02.04.2022.
The ball starts at 17:30 with a dance class. From 19:00 you can dance freely. From 22:00 we then change to the after-ball party with live music!

Anyone! You don't have to be a student at the University of Bonn (or a student at all).
If you're up for a dance ball, then get tickets and come along!

Unfortunately no! Actually, we aim to make all our events accessible free of charge.
Unfortunately, we did not succeed with this event. However, we think the entrance fee of 15,00 € is more than fair.

If you have problems to pay the entrance fee and are a student of the University of Bonn, please contact us. We want every student to be able to take part in our ball.
We will find an unbureaucratic solution without means testing!

Yes! Absolutely!
The Winter Ball is open to all people who fancy a dance ball. It doesn't matter if you're a student, from Bonn or not.
Ask your friends, parents, grandma and grandpa!
We are looking forward to every visitor!

The following persons are unfortunately excluded from attending the Winter Ball:

• Persons who are in quarantine.
• Persons showing symptoms of illness.

If you are in quarantine or have symptoms of illness on the evening of the ball, you can apply for a refund of your ticket.

No, unfortunately payment with other means of payment than PayPal is not possible at the moment. Ask friends or acquaintances if they can buy the tickets for you. If you don't have the possibility to pay with PayPal, please send us an email and we will find a solution together.

We need your data for internal processing and accounting. Your data will be deleted one month after the ball.

We have a limited number of tickets. If these have been completely sold, there will be no box office.
Based on the experience of the last ball, we currently assume that there will be no box office.

In principle, this is possible. Anyone who knows your personalisation link can edit the personalisations and thus transfer the cards to themselves.
Please note, however, that it is forbidden to resell the tickets for profit. We reserve the right to block individual tickets in case of suspicion.

The ball begins at 5:30 pm with a one-hour free dance class. From 19:00 onwards, there will be free dancing. The after-ball party starts at 22:00.

The after-ball party starts at 22:00 and ends at 00:00.

No. We would be very happy if you dressed up. But if you don't have an evening dress or a suit, then of course you are welcome to join us with whatever outfit you feel comfortable in. However, we would like to point out that there are of course certain limits. If you show up in a swimming costume or with your entire football team in a training outfit, we will deny you access.

Yes, for a small extra charge of €1.50, we will be happy to take care of your belongings!

It's complicated!

The cloakroom can only be paid for without cash.
We only accept cash payments for drinks. A Sparkasse cash machine is available directly at the refectory.

The dance course will cover the basic steps of the Slow Waltz, Cha cha cha, Rumba and Jive dances, and we may also manage the Discofox. Please note that this list is not a firm commitment but more for orientation.

The dance class is included in your ticket and is therefore free of charge.
